I love capturing a story, that anyone can then imagine for themselves. I am still taken with this impressionistic figure work, much more fun than the tight perfection. And I think it has more life. Thursday, January 8, 2015. This painting has been my umbilical to my painting life for the past year. It has been in process all that time, and kept me tied to my ultimate goal of getting back to it. Sunday, May 30, 2010. This painting was created for the publicity campaign for Atlantic Center for the Arts fundraiser, "Second Hand Rose" fashion show and boutique. After the show, the committee members purchased the painting as a gift to the Chairwoman, for doing such a great job.
