Couples can also arrange for a beach blessing once they have been legally married in Aruba or in their country of origin prior to their arrival. Civil Service Requirements (click for info). Monday thru Thursday – 10:00 am – 11:30 am and 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Friday – 10:00 am – 11:30 am and 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Saturday – 10:00 am – 11:30 am ($900).
