Recipes created, copied, borrowed, shared and stolen ;). Thursday, April 30, 2009. Today I am sharing with you the recipe for simple Tomato Rice. Preperation time: 10 mins. Cooking time: 15 mins. Tomatoes: 1 Big (cut into 6 pieces). Green chillies: 5 -6 slit. Cumin seeds: 1/2 tspn. Coriander pwdr: 1 ½ tsp. Water: 1 3/4 cups. Pour the oil in the cooker and let it heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add the tomato pieces and the green chillies. Add the coriander powder and salt.

Monday, February 8, 2010. Cocoa powder;1 tsp. Drinking chocolate powder:1 1/2tsp. Sieve the flour,cocoa,drinking chocolate,baking powder,and soda bicarbonate together. Preheat the oven to 200 c. In a large bowl stir together the condensed milk,mixed flour,water,milk,melted ghee,and vanilla essence.beat it well. Grease a baking dish and dust it with flour.pour the cake mixture into the prepared dish. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.until a tooth pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
