A YEAR IN ANDALUCIA 5 YEARS ON! Thursday, May 31, 2012. MAKE HAY WHILE THE SUN SHINES. When it comes to producing our hay, we are completely dependent our lovely Spanish neighbours, to whom we are extremely grateful. Salvador begins the process by ploughing and seeding in October time. Paco cuts and turns the hay around the middle of May and Antonio bales it soon after. Salvador ploughing accompanied by his faithful dog. Paco cutting our field yesterday morning. And last but not least Antonio the baler!

Since little 'Micah' was born on Sunday we have had continual rain here, so we decided to keep both mothers and babies in their field shelter. As you can see, after 48 hours of incarceration, Lia was bursting with energy. Is was a real thrill to see her running and pronking around the paddock and having so much fun. Mike and Linda Hall. A YEAR IN ANDALUCIA 5 YEARS ON! Thursday, November 8, 2012. Last month my youngest daughter Becky and her boyfriend Shen came to stay for the best part of a week, which was lovely. The weather was great for that time of the year, so the two of them were able to sunbathe and swim in the pool. We also found time to take a trip to the Lakes in Ardales and have lunch at the Mirador Restaurante there, which is one of our favourites. At Ronda's famous Tajo at night. Saying goodbye to the dogs on their last day.
