Down the Hills and 'Round the Bends
Down the Hills and 'Round the Bends. A Running Girl and Her Friends. Sunday, October 3, 2010. Race # 4 THE BIG ONE St. George Marathon. I finished. I did almost as well as I wanted to. Anytime anyone asked me what time I wanted to get, It would change :) At one point I was thinking that I maybe could qualify for the Boston Marathon. HA! I said it before. I had no idea what to expect. Boy did I have no idea. She worked out some nasty knots and the tightness turned to just a little bit of sore muscles whic...

A Running Hokie | Running to NYC…
Virginia Tech’s CPSVP. Running to NYC…. NYC Marathon Part I: The Expo. November 11, 2010 by Jennifer. Well, folks. It’s over. I officially ran the ING New York City Marathon. This past weekend. My review will come in a few parts, mostly because pictures are on three different cameras. A Running Idiot
Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Segahunda 2014.should it have happened? This will probably be the most conflicted race report I've ever written. This is such a well organized race, with a great laid back feel to it, it makes it really hard criticize. After going back and forth for the past couple of days, I think I'll lay everything out, and you as the reader can decide. This song has been stuck in my head lately. Pretty catchy. Sunday, April 27, 2014. Monday, March 3, 2014. Is this supposed to be enjoyable?

A Running Journey | Me, the road, and a pair of shoes
Photos from the Road. December 29, 2014. Running is evolution. Every run is an evolution on its own. From how it starts to how it ends. Eight frosty miles and the finisher is different than the starter. The starter has been challenged but not yet met the terms of what is in front of him. The finisher looks behind and relishes the victory of accomplishment. In between the two is where I perpetually find myself. Me, the road, and a pair of shoes. Proudly powered by WordPress.

Running from Nothing | Open roads. Open minds.
Open roads. Open minds. Fear not… I will lace up again. June 27, 2012 at 12:27 am · Filed under Journal. I have a million posts to make, brave ones, too (pictures and all). But for now my dear runners, I have more important hills to climb and a baby girl who needs my snuggles more than the road needs my abuse- so I will rarely be posting here. And so, I offer everyone to please follow the story of our new baby girl, Adelaide, who recently was diagnosed with Achondroplasia. Lots of love,. Thank you so much.
