Little Red Horse: May 2013
http://thelittleredhorse.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 27, 2013. Sunday, May 26, 2013. I am currently working on both the warmblood and pony resin masters. For comparison, here is a picture of them side by side. Although neither horse looks like this anymore; they literally fell to pieces! As for Tristan, he lost his head. After putting a mane on him, he still looked to refined rather than thick and pony like. So his head is getting thickened and his neck is coming off and getting shortened. And his pasterns need to be fixed. Monday, May 6, 2013.

Welp I got a kidney stone. 15 years after my first one and I had taken such good care of my kidneys to prevent more; until last night :S AND I just got a call from my barn owner and the silly mare got a kick to the butt and its a bit swollen. What great timing, I can't ride and she can't be ridden! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. What a pain in the . back. February and fun and dolls! Don't Eat the Paint.

Little Red Horse: March 2013
http://thelittleredhorse.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 22, 2013. Lately I have been quite taken with unusual breeds. It started with the akhal teke and has progressed to the marwari. I want to sculpt and draw ardennes, boulonnais and falabellas. Here's my first marwari stallion. Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Horses, Horses, Horses. But whatever, she loves it! I get knickers and nudges when my hand reaches for the pocket of endless peppermints. Is this not a spoiled, princess face? The new journey that my mare and I are on is so exciting. Howev...

Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Life and Times of a Noob Horse Sculptor. So there are quite a few fabulously helpful blogs out there covering every aspect of the model horse world. This isn't one of them. But maybe, just maybe I can help others by relating all my mishaps - and trust me there have been quite a few so far. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Little Red Horse: February 2014
http://thelittleredhorse.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 22, 2014. Well he is finally finished. My very first original sculpture, Gerrit, a Frisian Stallion preforming the Spanish Walk. Gerrit is a Frisian name and it means brave and hardy which is appropriate for a frisian horse as they were originally breed as war horses. Now the he is done comes the not so fun parts. I need to figure out how to advertise him and cast him; do I send him to a professional who does all the hard work or do I have his mold made and do the casting at home?
