A's Legacy: October 2005
http://aslegacy.blogspot.com/2005_10_01_archive.html
A daily snapshot of an ever-changing story. Saturday, October 29, 2005. I know that the blog has been slow, but I am working on a project regarding Jay Payton and that should be up next week. In the mean time, I thought I would discuss about what I have been doing lately. Along with school work, I have been doing some little repair jobs regarding some things that broke around the house. Which seems like a neat site for diy-ers. Posted by Genaro at 2:12 AM. Saturday, October 22, 2005. It may seem mundane,...

Tuesday, May 31, 2005. Well, Blanton didn't bounce back completely. Like I expected yesterday. But one aspect of our pitching did - the bullpen. Incredible job by the pen - especially Huston Street, pitching two great innings after struggling the day before. Is that guy a strikeout machine, or what? I love watching him pitch. Hopefully this team starts racking up runs and creating save situations so everybody can get a glimpse of this guy. He's going to be big. Missing piece all along? Tonight, it's back...

A's Legacy: Walking away but always looking back
http://aslegacy.blogspot.com/2006/07/walking-away-but-always-looking-back.html
A daily snapshot of an ever-changing story. Monday, July 03, 2006. Walking away but always looking back. So when the A's were supposed to win the division on the hands of a cool-headed Milton Bradley and an ace in Rich Harden, why did I stop posting? Could it be that I was some bandwagoner who was to lazy to talk about how terrible Dan Johnson was for two months of the season? Actually, it was three months since September when I wrote about his hitting chart). Posted by Genaro at 1:33 AM. Its been a while.

A's Legacy: It's been a while
http://aslegacy.blogspot.com/2006/04/its-been-while.html
A daily snapshot of an ever-changing story. Tuesday, April 25, 2006. It's been a while. It's been a while. since I have posted. It's been a while. since Crosby was any good. It's been a while. since the A's were good. Just one question, why is Zito given such a long leash when the last time he won a Cy Young was 4 years ago? If Zito's sucking and "not executing on his pitches," he needs to not keep pitching. I'm back and I hope the A's will be back soon. Posted by Genaro at 9:07 PM. Indy Lg. Pitchers.

A daily snapshot of an ever-changing story. Tuesday, July 26, 2005. Hello A's Legacy readers, thank you for your patience as I have returned from my Floridian vacation and starting tommorow, I will have a review of the July 22 Baltimore vs D-Rays game along with some photos I took. Also, the site will be updated to correspond to the transactions, and lack there of, as well as updated chart information. Posted by Genaro at 11:50 PM. Thursday, July 07, 2005. A's Legacy: Bradley DFA'd
http://aslegacy.blogspot.com/2007/06/bradley-dfad.html
A daily snapshot of an ever-changing story. Thursday, June 21, 2007. I figured the post that would bring me back from the brink would be on Bradley. I'm seeing too much naivity as well as first impression reactions that it's making me think people really don't get how this front office works. What makes Bradley's past indescretions null if the guy is upset about being delayed two days so that the A's could decide if they need to demote an infielder or pitcher? Posted by Genaro at 8:13 PM. Its been a while.

Monday, June 27, 2005. A's got the day off today, and I'm looking forward to watching Zito and Moyer go at it tomorrow. That 16-0 game was insane. The team has been a complete turnaround from the start of the season. Not a lot of people are noticing yet - but they will. Got a bad stomach ache, so I'm not writing much on here tonight. It's probably from watching Stephen A. Smith and Stuart Scott at the same time, during the ESPN NBA Draft preview. That alone made me want to puke. Friday, June 24, 2005.

A's Legacy: A's get Milton Bradley
http://aslegacy.blogspot.com/2005/12/as-get-milton-bradley.html
A daily snapshot of an ever-changing story. Thursday, December 15, 2005. A's get Milton Bradley. Mercurial, firery, temperamental, pissed-off, bad ass; in any article you read about Bradley, you're gunna see one of these terms, and for good reason. It's not as if Bradley hasn't earned some of these titles. This doesn't make him a bad person, it's just a stigma that has been following him around since his days in the Montreal Organization. Ken Macha is a Moron & I Hate Him: November 2005
http://firemacha.blogspot.com/2005_11_01_archive.html
Ken Macha is a Moron and I Hate Him. Monday, November 28, 2005. Oakland Signs Esteban Loaiz-huh? Yeah, I don't get it either. I'm not even trying to "get" it. We're giving Esteban friggin Loaiza twenty one million dollars? Me, to myself. I guess the first ASSumption everyone is making is that we're trading Zito. I guess that'd be a fair ASSumption to make, considering what occured last off-season. But wasn't everyone ASSuming that we'd make "one last run with the Big 3" just one year ago? I know I was.

Ken Macha is a Moron & I Hate Him: August 2005
http://firemacha.blogspot.com/2005_08_01_archive.html
Ken Macha is a Moron and I Hate Him. Wednesday, August 31, 2005. If it's not one guy, it's another. That's what I fucking love about this team. On any given night, a new hero can emerge. And a case for team MVP could be made for about half a dozen guys right now. In July, when Vlad hit .208 with a .640 OPS, no one was there to pick him up and the Angels played sub-.500 ball, going 13-14. Imagine if one of Kendall's ABs each game was given to Ellis. How much would the complexion of the game change? If kno...
