Cultural Understanding Across Borders. Rotary District 7610 Ambassadorial Scholar 2012-2013. Rotaract is a club for young people who are interested in Rotary. The age range is fromm 18-30 and the clubs are based either university based or community based. Rotaract is a great way to meet people in your area who want to do community service as well. Now it isn't just volunteering your time, Rotaract (just like Rotary) has many social events so that you can get to know the different Rotaractors.
