Monday, June 15, 2015. We've been trying to make the most of our summer days so far. I still have to work each day but I do most of my work while Cooper is napping so it works out pretty well. We got the sprinkler out for the kids the other day. Kinley was thrilled. Cooper was curious at first. And then he decided that he did not like it at all! He's much happier just playing on the patio. We got the slip n slide out another day. Again, Kinley was thrilled. Cooper wasn't so sure. This boy loves to eat!

Tuesday, April 28, 2015. It's bluebonnet time in Texas which, of course, means that we have to go take pictures! Mom wanted pictures of the kids in their Easter outfits that she made this year and Chad was kind enough to take them for us. They're SO good! I love this picture! How sweet are they? Sunday, August 24, 2014. Ephesians 3:20 To Him be the glory. At 2:01 on August 25, 2014, what would be my first day of my 2nd year of teaching, I lie restless. With mixed feelings. Mixed thoughts. Mixed emotions. After not writing in weeks, not wanting to pick up pen paper ipad anything, I get the nudge to write. As I was washing my Rapunzel hair this morning (which for those of you that truly know me, you know that is a huge deal) I started thinking "what am I thankful for? For my sister's bachelorette party a couple of weeks ago I did a "Margarita" theme, complete with Margaritas, Margarita cupcakes, homemade empanadas, taquitos, guacamole, chips and shrimp ceviche. I really enjoyed planning and decorating for it, even though I had to make it all fit in a hotel room! But it was fun! We flew out of Atlanta on Saturday morning.Cleo almost had a "melt down" at the airport. BUT,. A Day in the Country. Friday, April 27, 2012. Just realized it's been a couple months since I've updated the blog! Whew, time sure flies when you're having fun, or doing lots of yardwork, or just pretty much living your life:) Cleo and I love this time of year.Braves baseball games and time to start doing yardwork and making things look all pretty for all the gawkers driving by.
