Just a little note. Wednesday, October 7, 2009. I can finally say that I've been to new york! It was a blast! The first night we drove out to Rhodes Island, went to the cheesecake factory, and saw Toys Story in 3-D. I got my own hotel room and I even had my own robe! View from my room the first night. Just a little note. Thursday, April 30, 2009. It's the simple things in life. I've realized lately that it's the simple things in life that i love the most. Some things that have made me happy recently:. Seeing rolly pollys crawling on the sidewalk as i walk to class. The smell of spring. Hugs by little kids. Hanging out/talking to family. My tongue matching the color of my pants, hence the picture :). Taking those quiz things on facebook. And didn't find out till the last day of class!

Later, 'Joe the Plumber ' joined us for some Skeleton Stew and helped us. Get ready for a big night of trick or treating. We were hoping that Quintan would make a gruff pirate face for the picture, but he decided to go with sweet and peaceful instead; he's the cutest little pirate I've ever seen! Puppy if you ask me.

Ethan woke up early and instead of coming into our room to wake us up as he usually does, he looked downstairs and spotted his first egg and hurried right down to see what was inside! He hunted high and low and had very little trouble finding his Easter Basket. Quintan, on the other hand slept in and was rather oblivious to the fun and festivities. Monday, October 13, 2008. The first weekend in October brought several inches of snow and lots of fun! We could hardly wait to bundle up and get outside! The snow was beautiful while it lasted but it didn't stay long. Luckily things warmed up in time for some Halloween festivities.We went to a local pumpkin patch and we couldn't resist buying a pumpkin almost as big as Ethan! He was so proud of it.
