Simplicitas: RSS -> IMAP
http://simplicitas.blogspot.com/2005/05/rss-imap.html
Simplicitas -atis f. [simplicity; straightforwardness , honesty, candor]. Saturday, May 14, 2005. I've been looking for some kind of a "better way" to read RSS. Feeds As of right now, I'm using Mozilla Thunderbird. Posted by cliff at 12:16 PM. Bloglines.com was my solution to the read at home/work/etc problem. It's not perfect but it's been good enough. I don't have any interest in keeping a local copy so that wasn't a consideration for me. My own solution. Thanks, anon! Galloway, Ohio, United States.

My little patch of ether. A GNU/Linux version of Windows “alt codes”. One little feature on Windows that I’ve always liked is “alt codes” , where you hold down the Alt key and tap out a number and get a lovely little Unicode character appearing in your text. And it didn’t really make sense to me that the same thing wasn’t possible on my GNU/Linux laptop. Clearly […].

My little patch of ether. Having complained to myself about Google Sites for a long time, I have finally made the move to WordPress, which offers several benefits: I host the site myself, and thus can do whatever I want with it. It’s much nicer to use and much nicer to view. Plugins! Ahem Anyway, I’ll be […].
