Bipolar, depression, manic,mania, sadness. I am a 32 year old female with bipolar 1 disorder. Although I am bp1 I spend a majority of my time in depression. I have also been diagnosed PTSD. Bipolar, depression, manic,mania, sadness. June 21, 2012. I think I’m feeling a bit better. I’ve been a little more talkative and energetic. I don’t feel surrounded by blackness. I actually truthfully smiled yesterday. That is one thing I am glad of, no matter how dark it is or how bad I feel. I always know with bipolar eventually it will pass.
