Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas. Recipe from mrs harding cooks. These were SO good. I was getting burned out on my usual enchilada recipes, but the family voted to add these to our regular rotation! They are a little bit sweet and really flavorful. 15 lbs. chicken or pork, cooked and shredded (I think I used three chicken breasts). 8531; cup honey. 188; cup lime juice (about 2 limes). 1 Tbsp. chili powder. 189; teaspoon garlic powder. 2 10 oz. cans green enchilada sauce. From Emma Summers (San Angelo). 1 box brownie mix. Make as directed. Bake in springform pan for 25-30 minutes. 3 packages cream cheese - blend until "fluffy" then mix in:. 1 can sweetened condensed milk. Pour on top of brownies.
