Which i did for 4 sets, and then a bridge for 5min. doing bridges after the leg extensions is a bitch. I was doing dragon flags for abs instead of the straight-leg extensions, but i broke the bench i was holding on to, so i quickly put it aside an looked innocent. i need a gym which can handle my workouts.
