The Bodine Family Northwest: October 2010
http://bodinefam.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 17, 2010. After I wrote my last entry at 4:30 this morning, I was gratefully able to sleep for a few hours. I woke up and opened the bible. And turned to Psalm 71. And once again, was blown away by how amazing the Lord is and how living and powerful His perfect Word truly is. This is His perfect response to me:. In You, O LORD, I put my trust;. Let me never be put to shame. Deliver me in Your righteousness, and cause me to escape;. Incline Your ear to me, and save me. Be my strong refuge,.

Thursday, September 30, 2010. I Just Need You. One of many amazing songs by Telecast. Wednesday, September 29, 2010. So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. To whom did God say, "You shall not enter into the rest, the Promised Land, the abundance of milk and honey"? The sin of Hebrews 3 is singular. It's not fornication, as destructive as that sin may be. It's not idolatry, as sad as that sin in. Rather, it's simply not believing how good God is. For the answer, turn to John 17. What ...

The Bodine Family Northwest: Legacy
http://bodinefam.blogspot.com/2010/10/legacy.html
Saturday, October 2, 2010. Some thoughts on "Legacy". Written by: Nichole Nordeman. Oh, and here's another one. accountability. Ew. I just got a shiver when I typed it. Accountability is the kind of word that's right up in your face saying "WHERE IS THE PERSON IN YOUR LIFE WHO IS ASKING YOU REALLY HARD QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR CHOICES, YOUR MARRIAGE, AND YOUR THOUGHT LIFE? Pardon me for a moment while I head back to the foyer for another doughnut. The meek. The merciful. The pure in heart. Find m...Be accomp...

The Bodine Family Northwest: October 2009
http://bodinefam.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 12, 2009. Fall is hands down my favorite time of the year. I think it's partly because Autumn doesn't exist in Tucson, where I grew up. The crisp air, the gorgeous scenery, warm drinks, cozy sweaters and of course pumpkin patches! Here are a few of my favorites from yesterday's visit to Roloff Farms. My little pumpkin at 9 weeks old. Josh loaded up the wagon with the biggest pumpkins he could lift. Matthew finds his perfect pumpkin. Matthew's first pony ride. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Bodine Family Northwest: August 2010
http://bodinefam.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 30, 2010. Tuesday, August 24, 2010. Back to the foundation. Here is where I am at today. Please remember the Lord is SO GOOD. Always. Period. Monday, August 9, 2010. We got to witness one of the most special and meaningful things as parents yesterday. Joshua chose to be baptized! We absolutely did not want to hinder his decision and are truly so thankful for his desire to outwardly show his inward faith in Jesus who is our Lord and Savior and very much Joshua's as well. We had some great f...

Monday, September 14, 2009. Sweet Luke started smiling at 5 weeks! Really since we got our first one, the rest have been easy to get. He is the sweetest, happiest little guy! Truly if they were all this easy I could surely handle a fourth. Ha! Did I just say that outloud? Josh has come the closest to making him laugh and probably gets the biggest grins so far. Hangin' out with mommy while she bakes. Sure can't wait to get some teeth people! Thursday, September 10, 2009. We get TWO of them! Luke at 4 weeks.

Thursday, June 18, 2009. As of yesterday Luke is head down! All of the talks his Daddy has given him lately are working. Now if he just remains obedient :). Sunday, June 14, 2009. Playing picture-posting catch up. What we've been up to! Click on collage to see bigger image). I am SO proud of what Josh accomplished his first year of school! Besides the foundation of reading, writing and arithmetic, watching Josh's confidence grow along with his sweet and caring heart has been his greatest accomplishment.

Friday, July 24, 2009. My baby is 2 days old? I find it funny that my little "Luke ticker" says my baby is 2 days old today :). Wow I don't remember a thing about labor and delivery and I still have someone inutero kicking me lots and lots! So next week I will see my doctor on Wednesday. He will assess how best to start the induction process and I'll either go in Wednesday at midnight or Thursday. We plan to love on Matthew and give him lots of attention while his brother is away. It will be a sweet ...

The Bodine Family Northwest: Anchor of My Soul
http://bodinefam.blogspot.com/2010/10/anchor-of-my-soul.html
Wednesday, October 6, 2010. Anchor of My Soul. So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to Him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. Extremely close to my heart. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Welcome to our family blog! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and read our little blog!
