JAKE, HOLLI, CARDER & BRENN: May 2013
http://jakeandholli.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 27, 2013. A Weekend of Sweets, Hearts and Sweethearts. February starts the string of all the little no-stress holidays that we love to have fun with. This year we had lots of fun trying out some old (my Great Grandma Tuttle's) recipes and some new ones. Carder loved the sugar cookies and was happy to make as many batches as he could. They took our kids later that weekend while we went to a fun couples Sweetheart party. They did a bunch of minute to win-it games and not to brag or anything...

JAKE, HOLLI, CARDER & BRENN: Thanksgiving (Utah)
http://jakeandholli.blogspot.com/2015/03/thanksgiving-utah.html
Sunday, March 22, 2015. Ok now rewind to Thanksgiving 2013 (I know I let it happen, over a year behind on this blog.pit in stomach! We arrived safe and sound late that night and the next morning (Thanksgiving) Jake's family had us all signed up for a 5k. It was freezing, it was running (both two of my not-so-favorite things), but seeing Carder run alongside us and be so excited to cross that finish line almost. Made me think about doing one of these again. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Joe and Laur...

Ryan Brittney Skylee Parker: First Day of School!
http://ryanandbrittney.blogspot.com/2011/08/first-day-of-school.html
Tuesday, August 16, 2011. First Day of School! This highly anticipated day has finally come! Skylee started Pre-K today! Here in Georgia, Pre-K is funded by the state Lottery for kids who turn 4 by Sept. 1st, but she'll be going into kindergarten in 2 months when we move to California where she meets the Dec. 1st deadline for turning 5. Up early for hair and wardrobe. She insisted on her nails being painted before she left, blue sparkles, of course! I walked her into her classroom, where her teacher, Mrs...

JAKE, HOLLI, CARDER & BRENN: February 2013
http://jakeandholli.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 18, 2013. The Cape (and a little Plymouth pit stop). With my Mom's visit coming close to an end, we made the most of a surprisingly warm Veterans Day and headed out to Cape Cod. There was this really cool sand bar just out a bit from the main shore. The boys and Ellie thought it was so cool to run out there and be on their own island. Carder loved running in the surf while Brenn loved running along the shore collecting sea shells as well as digging in the sand. This is all that is left o...

Ryan Brittney Skylee Parker: Disney Adventure
http://ryanandbrittney.blogspot.com/2011/07/disney-adventure.html
Friday, July 15, 2011. Last month I took my kids to Disneyland for two days before we had to come back to Georgia for the Summer. Thanks to Ryan's Dad, Skylee already had an annual pass and Parker is still free so I only had to pay for myself to get in :) We tagged along with my Mom, and Jennette's crew for all the fun. Here are some pictures from our day spent at Disneyland:. Pirates of the Caribean. Casey Jr. Train. Such a fun day! July 31, 2011 at 3:51 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Make it a...

JAKE, HOLLI, CARDER & BRENN: June 2013
http://jakeandholli.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 30, 2013. Jake went to DC in February for a job interview and while he was there took the day to do a little walking tour of the city (see the pictures he took above). He came home ranting and raving about the "Best Burger he'd ever had" from this place called Shake Shack. Brenn scored herself a free ice cream cone which she was super happy about. I am not sure where more of it ended up , on her face or in her tummy! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Family and Friends Blogs. Aaron and Kara Barnard.

Ryan Brittney Skylee Parker: "Parker-man"
http://ryanandbrittney.blogspot.com/2011/07/parker-man.html
Saturday, July 9, 2011. To "Mom, what is dat! Of course in his sweet little voice). "I no wanna" to "I don't like it". He has been putting some great sentences together, which still catch me off guard that it's coming from him. I often wonder if I could just stop them from growing, would I ever get sick of them at that age and be ready to let them grow a little more before freezing their age again? July 10, 2011 at 8:16 PM. JAKE, HOLLI, CARDER & BRENN: August 2013
http://jakeandholli.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 27, 2013. One of Carder's favorite experiences in Boston was a trip to Sugar Heaven with his dad. It just made me sick to see the storefront directly in the background of the Marathon Bombing coverage. When we woke up I asked Jake if they'd caught the suspects. He told me that they had not and filled me in on what had unfolded through out the night. I just felt ill! The kids thought it was awesome to play with these friends and have all this space to run around (this house was a mansion c...

JAKE, HOLLI, CARDER & BRENN: April 2013
http://jakeandholli.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Boston was so much fun around the holiday time. There were so many events going on. We had a fun night attending a tree lighting right outside Faneuil Hall after we had enjoyed a fun dinner with a bunch of other young families in our Ward at Durgin Park (a resturaunt that has actually been around since 1827, its just never ceases to amaze me with getting to experience all the history of everything around here). Doing a good smile in the same. We played a couple rounds of "Sleep...
