Tuesday, January 27, 2015. The night before Christmas is just as fun as Christmas day. We had a Christmas Eve dinner with all of Kurt's siblings and there families. Even though Kurt's mom gone to Mongolia we pulled off a pretty good dinner but still was not the same. I made a yummy holiday green salad, yams and Kurt made a pumpkin roll.
