Okay, so technically he's a Tae Kwon Do Kid and not Karate, but Karate Kid has a much nicer ring to it, doesn't it? The first lesson was a hit, so now we'll see where he goes with it. Altogether I think we got somewhere in the range of 30-35″–the largest amount of snowfall in Maryland history! Alex loved playing outside with our neighbor, Hayden, who i about a year older than him. They played with their sand buckets, trucks, and of course shovels! This is what we saw when we opened our front door at around 9 AM, far from the storm being over and already anowed in!

Leftovers you might want, maybe. Vegas vacation… and an election. So I’ve been avoiding writing about the election. I guess I had to “process” first (such a Seattle word), and work through the five stages of grief. Now there’s just the sense of impending doom as the world waits to see what dregs of the swamp will end up in the transition team/Cabinet/White House and how many more campaign promises the Trumpster will manage to break before he even gets inaugurated. You are only as happy as you make up your mind to be.". Tuesday, September 20, 2011. Not enough hours in the day. I just got home from the craziest birthday weekend in vegas! Girls trip for tracey's 30th! We had so much fun to say the least ;) but now that im home its back to reality. cooking, cleaning, laundry, homework, being a mom, being a wife. the list goes on and on! I feel like i need another day off just to clean house and do laundry. how lame is that! I dont think im going to hold my breathe.
