Thursday, 12 May 2011. Day #21- Monday May 9th-MY LAST POST! Anyways this is the last meal plan that I have to do;. Whole wheat Toast and pear slices with a tea. Ham and Swiss sandwich on a whole wheat bun. Chocolate chip cookie and chocolate milk. Rosemary Chicken with a baked potato and asparagus. Fruit such as; strawberries, blueberries, mango and papaya. Ashley Cascade Apartments | Apartments in Atlanta, GA

Community Living with the ease and convenience of a great city location. Overall a good experience. The apartment is spacious and upkeep is easy. I have enjoyed my stay at this community. It can be trying sometimes when you move into a different area. I like the family feeling here. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. I plan on referring my friends to this community. I grew up in this area, but I have never experienced a neighborhood quite like this. I was very impressed.
