In my opinion a true hummus must contain tahini. I added extra cayenne, cumin, and even lime juice to give it more zip, but this recipe just didn’t do it for me. I used to fold in both sides to the center, but found that folding in half both directions resulted in the best filling holder. I have always stuck with the same format. I lift a hot greased 10 skillet and swirl while pouring 1/4 cup batter. I cook about 2 minutes on the first side and only a minute on the latter. Ingredients (Makes about 6 crepes). Another batch of crepes.

The idea is simple, if you just do not know what to cook and have to go to the store anyways, roll the dice and cook away. They veggies are broken down by season so you are not cooking out of season, and the proteins always include a vegetarian option. 1 package of seitan.
