I was nervous about how she would do at her checkup, especially since waiting for long periods of time is the largest part of the whole checkup process. I must say she did great! Wednesday, August 13, 2014. Playing in the PCH 4th floor playroom. Ashley and I got to the hospital at 5:30 yesterday morning. She got a chance to have some fun in the awesome hospital playroom before her catheterization. She almost did not realize she was missing breakfast! Almost is the keyword there. The procedure took about 4 hours. Her cardiologist said that her right ventricle has grown! Recovering in the PACU. The nurse was able to remove Ashley's oxygen mask right away.
