Bell Peppers (any color). 1 Can Pinto Beans or Black Beans. Preheat oven to 350. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and then slice into halves and scoop out seeds. Fill with browned beef first, add the beans and corn, top with shredded cheese. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream. 1 lb Ground Beef.
