Tuesday, April 7, 2009. Happy Birthday Meia and Maddie. I wanted to say Happy Birthday Meia and Maddie. Both of the girls will turn 7 this week. Maddie's birthday is on Wednesday, and Meia's is Friday. I can't believe how big they are getting. Monday, July 20, 2009. Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes. 8 medium Red Potatoes, quartered. 3 cloves Garlic, peeled. 2 tbsp. Butter. 1/2 cup Fat-Free Milk, warmed. 1/2 tsp. Salt. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese. Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 min or until potatoes are very tender. Drain well. Add the butter, milk and salt; mash. Stir in parmesan cheese. Serve! This is super yummy, and SO easy to make! 2 tsp Garlic Powder.
