Wednesday, May 6, 2009. It All Comes To An End. Dallas was a lot of fun, although we did not do as good as we hoped. The robot suffered from damages from the plane ride to Texas. Saturday, April 4, 2009. Atlantic Coast Vex Competition. For the last three days the RoboDoves. Have been participating in the Atlantic Coast Vex Championship. After all was said and done, we ended up ranked in 5 th. Place and going all the way to the semi-finals. We were apart of a really great alliance, teams 1078 and 1894. Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Engineers Make The World Go Round. So last Friday the RoboDoves went to the Baltimore Convention Center and gave a two presentations on FIRST and how it has affected us and our school. I think we did pretty well with presenting, we all had a chance to talk and we demonstrated last year's robot. We even got some people from the audience to try driving the robot. We are slowly making a shift from FIRST to Vex. Now I'm going to get to drive again! Saturday, February 21, 2009.
