For those of you that read the book, I'm sure you remember that Katniss's nails were painted with flames on them. So here is my tribute to her for tonight! Oh and since I am no good with nail art brushes I grabbed my tool, tape :). For this I started with Sinful Black on Black on all my nails except my 2 ring ringers. On them I used 2 thick coats of China Glaze Electrify.

Monday, October 7, 2013. Nail and Cuticle Care. Here's a short (maybe not so short.) post on how I take care of my nails and cuticles for you guys! First, here's my naked nails! With a coat of Essie Grow Stronger). Next, here are the products I use every day to moisturize my cuticles and hands. I also use Essie. Apricot Cuticle Oil and Lush. S hand/cuticle products you definitely should. Although they come in rather small quantities I'd say the quality makes it worth it. I'm wearing Rain City Lacquer.

Creative thinker and doer. Sunday, July 01, 2012. Perfect Polish Every Time! Let's talk toes. And eyes. Funny how the two effect one another. My aging eyes are making it hard to paint my toenails. (Really it's just a logistic problem. If I could get the two closer together, I'd be set.) I've been using this trick for awhile and thought I'd share. All that's standing between your old eyes and Perfect Polish is a cuticle stick, a Q-Tip, and greasy lotion. Put some lotion onto a Q-Tip. That's all it takes!
