Hope for the Harvest: July 2007
http://hopehenderson.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
Hope for the Harvest. Saturday, July 7, 2007. Celebrating the 4th Russian Style! We celebreated the 4th on the beach with our "family". We had a cook out and just hung out together. We even had an adventure look at our pics to see what happened. Jody showing his true American spirit while driving. The kids played in the water while they waited for the burgers. I flew the kid's kite while they played in the water. Then at the end when we were leaving the adventure began! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Hope for the Harvest: My Crazy Life in One Post
http://hopehenderson.blogspot.com/2007/06/my-crazy-life-in-one-post.html
Hope for the Harvest. Wednesday, June 20, 2007. My Crazy Life in One Post. Watched fireworks that night. This is our "famous" beach at the river! Deaf students selling balloons for the celebration. Then our new team came from Cincinnati and I took them around to see the city and went on a boat ride. However since they have been here I have gone to see Fantastic 4 in Russian and I went to an orphanage. I got to walk and play with a dog while I was at the orphanage. Romanalu: Looking Back...10 months later
http://romanmoore.blogspot.com/2008/08/looking-back10-months-later.html
Friday, August 1, 2008. Looking Back.10 months later. I really wanted to share it "live". But somehow each day of The Trip passed into a blur that would become unforgettable memories.looking back. Perhaps it was because each leg of our trip itself brought back memories of years before.almost 60 years worth of memories.so how do you process that "live"? Looking back, after ten months, I'm going to try. I've been waiting for those thoughts! Looking forward to seeing more pictures and hearing more stories.

Romanalu: Thursday... at Bill's
http://romanmoore.blogspot.com/2007/10/thursday-at-bills.html
Friday, October 5, 2007. Thursday. at Bill's. Wide awake at 7:00 am I took my espresso pot and. Camping stove to the front porch of trailer. And enjoyed a real Italian espresso. And a handful of Concord grapes. From the vine above my head. The rest of the day? Napping.walking.talking.eating.talking. Kissing everyone on both cheeks is no longer a habit for me, having adapted to the Immanuel bearhug.Wonder how long it will take for the Italian greeting to become automatic again.
