My Just Right Spot: June 2010
http://myjustrightspot.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
My Just Right Spot. One woman's journey to find that just right spot in life. 26 June, 2010. The kids are doing great in swimming lessons. Ethel is the oldest in her class (from what we've been able to figure), and is pretty good! She isn't as hesitant as I expected her to be. Today I saw her volunteer to be a leader in a game they played. Very cool. Links to this post. There's our little graduate. Graduated? Wait, how old is she? All that aside, this year's pomp and circumstance was really quite cute...

My Just Right Spot: Spring cleaning
http://myjustrightspot.blogspot.com/2011/04/spring-cleaning.html
My Just Right Spot. One woman's journey to find that just right spot in life. 02 April, 2011. This weekend is our full out spring cleaning weekend. Top to bottom, the house is getting a good scrubbing. Day one is nearly complete, and I have to admit, we all participated, and we all had a good time. With a clean and (fairly) orderly upstairs, somehow the planets are aligned and all is right. This is borderline exciting! The kids' rooms actually have floor space. Who knew? The bathroom is shiny once again.

My Just Right Spot: December 2010
http://myjustrightspot.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
My Just Right Spot. One woman's journey to find that just right spot in life. 12 December, 2010. Been absent and I apologize. With the onset of the school year in August came new routines and tasks to incorporate into our daily lives. Somehow, days turned into weeks, and now we find ourselves at the end of the calendar year. Where has the time gone? I won't leave you hanging, but, wanted to at least acknowledge my absence and say, "I'm alive! Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). This is offici...

My Just Right Spot: Blizzard-O-Rama, 2011
http://myjustrightspot.blogspot.com/2011/02/blizzard-o-rama-2011.html
My Just Right Spot. One woman's journey to find that just right spot in life. 04 February, 2011. Call it what you will, make up funny terms to describe it. No matter how you slice it, it was a blizzard. 31 January, the calm before the storm. And a little later that evening.about 8:45PM. Morning - 1 February - a couple inches, no biggie! About 5PM Tuesday.whipping winds, blowing snow. Tuesday evening, about 6 or 7PM. Wasn't there a table and chairs out there? Frozen tundra - back yard. Our own State of Th...

My Just Right Spot: July 2010
http://myjustrightspot.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
My Just Right Spot. One woman's journey to find that just right spot in life. 18 July, 2010. Me time, where have you gone? With the onset of summer and all the craziness of our schedules, I have let my Sunday morning me time go by the wayside. I was alright for a while, but I can see today that I need that time back. I'm feeling out of my routine, not as well rested, and not as productive as I was earlier this year. Perhaps unsettled is the word I'm really looking for. Evenings are equally as poor an opt...

My Just Right Spot: My baby is four
http://myjustrightspot.blogspot.com/2011/03/my-baby-is-four.html
My Just Right Spot. One woman's journey to find that just right spot in life. 03 March, 2011. My baby is four. It was the sweetest thing. She remembers small bits of that weekend in the hospital when she first saw him, first held him, and spent hours hiding in the tiny cabinets in the room. She amazes me each and every day. I'm the birthday boy! My first gifts today, pictures from my sister. She's my favorite. 03 March, 2011 19:58. PS How did this happen in the blink of an eye? 11 March, 2011 11:39.

My Just Right Spot: May 2010
http://myjustrightspot.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
My Just Right Spot. One woman's journey to find that just right spot in life. 12 May, 2010. Things you often don't notice. Each day, my kids point things out to me which are totally obvious. At times, this can get really annoying. Mommy, there's a puddle! They both stop as we're out walking to point out the big airplane in the sky, taking minutes to view it and repeatedly tell me it's there. MOMMY, A DOG! Yes, guys, I see. Lather, rinse, repeat. On the school bus. In return, I. Focused on the kids. It ha...

My Just Right Spot: August 2010
http://myjustrightspot.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
My Just Right Spot. One woman's journey to find that just right spot in life. 31 August, 2010. Baby steps.it's the small things. My big three year old. FRED PEED ON THE POTTY THIS MORNING! AND I SAW IT HAPPEN! I danced, I yelled, I cheered, I hugged him, I clapped, I celebrated! Ethel laid there on Fred's bed, tired and cold, playing her role as Ms. Crabby Pants in the morning. She wasn't quite as excited as I was. Hm. I just had to share this victory. Thanks for reading, if you did. Links to this post.
