Grocery Gems: Review: Arla Skyr Icelandic Style Yogurt
http://grocerygems.blogspot.com/2015/04/review-arla-skyr-icelandic-style-yogurt.html
Review: Arla Skyr Icelandic Style Yogurt. I bought a few pots of Skyr Icelandic Style Yogurt when they were released in the UK a few weeks ago. It's described as a thick and creamy yogurt that is high in protein. I've never tried the real thing in Iceland so I'm afraid I won't be able to comment on any similarities. If anyone has tried both then I'd love to hear from you in the comments below. Grocery Gems Review: Arla Skyr Icelandic Style Yogurt. 6 out of 10. 163;085p for 150g pot. 9 April 2015 at 19:37.

Grocery Gems: Review: Haribo Starmix Frenzy Edition - New Flavours!
http://grocerygems.blogspot.com/2015/05/review-haribo-starmix-frenzy-edition.html
Review: Haribo Starmix Frenzy Edition - New Flavours! I've often said in my previous Haribo reviews. That it's a shame that we don't get some of the more interesting Haribo flavours that are released in Germany. Well, that's certainly not the case with the new Haribo Starmix Frenzy Edition which features a variety of different flavours. The new flavours listed on the back are Apricot (yellow bears), Pineapple (orange bears), Mandarin (green bears), Grapefruit (blue hearts), Passion Fruit (pink eggs!

Grocery Gems: Review: Hartley's Fruit Whips
http://grocerygems.blogspot.com/2015/08/review-hartleys-fruit-whips.html
Review: Hartley's Fruit Whips. Hartley's Fruit Whips are a range of fruit flavoured desserts that are made by simply adding milk, whisking, and leaving to thicken for 5 minutes. It's got to be said from the outset that these are very similar to classic Angel Delight desserts. There are three Hartley's Fruit Whips flavours available, Strawberry, Banana and Apricot - I bought all three on a 3 for £1.00p offer at Asda. To give the Fruit Whips a try. Grocery Gems Verdict: Hartley's Fruit Whips. 5 out of 10.

Grocery Gems: Review: Cornetto Caramel - Limited Edition Retro Pack
http://grocerygems.blogspot.com/2015/07/review-cornetto-caramel-limited-edition.html
Review: Cornetto Caramel - Limited Edition Retro Pack. But they are both quite different to this one. The Cornetto Caramel is a combination of vanilla and caramel ice creams, with a caramel core centre, topped with a chocolate coating and decorated with caramel flavour white chocolate curls. The flavours are all fairly simple but I immediately liked the caramel curls on top alongside the vanilla ice cream and solid chocolate coating. Grocery Gems Review: Cornetto Caramel. 7 out of 10. 163;189p (box of 6).

Grocery Gems: Review: Magnum Pink Raspberry & Black Espresso
http://grocerygems.blogspot.com/2015/02/review-magnum-pink-raspberry-black.html
Review: Magnum Pink Raspberry and Black Espresso. I much prefer the Mini Magnum size as I sometimes find the bigger versions a bit too heavy. They are also lower in calories - there are 166 calories in the Mini Magnum Pink and 159 calories in the Mini Magnum Black, which I don't think is too bad for this type of ice cream. From a few years ago, and also the far-too-sweet Magnum Strawberry and White which I've had on holiday in Portugal. Grocery Gems Review: Magnum Mini Pink and Black. Excited to try them...

Grocery Gems: Around The World
http://grocerygems.blogspot.com/p/worldwide-quest.html
I've decided to set myself a personal challenge to review snacks from at least eighty different countries. The list below shows which countries I've already conquered, in a purely snack eating sense. I'm only adding countries to the list if I've published the relevant review on this blog. The products that make this list are usually ones that can be found in the supermarket, or from local grocery and import shops. A few will even be from my travels (or my relatives' travels). The Countries So Far. Hungar...

Grocery Gems: New Instore: Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations Rocky Mallow Road
http://grocerygems.blogspot.com/2015/07/new-instore-cadbury-dairy-milk.html
New Instore: Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations Rocky Mallow Road. The latest addition to the Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations range is the fun sounding Rocky Mallow Road. It's a combination of pink marshmallows, strawberry jellies and shortcake biscuit pieces. This new variety was announced in July but I haven't been able to track it down in stores yet. However, Richard W. managed to find the new bars today in the Co-Op and sent me the fab photo above via Twitter. 18 July 2015 at 18:08.

Grocery Gems: New Celebration Cakes at Asda - including a Rainbow Cake!
http://grocerygems.blogspot.com/2013/05/new-celebration-cakes-at-asda-including.html
New Celebration Cakes at Asda - including a Rainbow Cake! I spotted some fabulous new cakes in Asda at the weekend, and their lovely PR people sent me some photos so that I could share these finds with you. I was especially excited about their new Rainbow Cake! These have been popular for quite a while now on various baking blogs so it's great to see them finally available in the supermarkets for those of us too lazy to attempt one ourselves! UPDATE: A few new cakes added for 2014! There is also a chocol...
