Wednesday, August 12, 2009. Well, whatever I did to my back has thrown a wrench into all of my training plans. Last Friday I went to the commissary (like normal), had the baggers help me out to the car (like normal), got the kids in their car seats (like normal), then got into the driver's seat and had a sharp pain on the right, lower side of my back. I'm sorry for the prolonged absence, but it was kind of unavoidable. Sunday, July 5 was my first day off since Memorial day. The vast majority of the time I've been working has been overtime.(12-13 hours a day) and the job was over an hour away from my house without considering Southern Ca. I hadn't ridden her in over a month.

Wednesday, February 25, 2009. Yesterday was my first outing with the kids by myself! Brady was (mostly) helpful and good - he held my hand in the parking lot and hospital and had a snack while we watched the informational 2-week power point presentation the Army gives all parents.
