A Single Girl in Phoenix. A day like no other. Today I had a tremendous breakthrough in my life….it has been a process in the works for some time. Thursday was my last day at my old job and the new one starts Tuesday. So today I enjoyed a “me” day. This one was much different than the others. I got up when I wanted to, went to the bank, Ross, and Walmart. Then I went to Gifts and Graces. L and E Dub. Wednesday, July 14, 2010. I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve my Heavenly Father in the city of Hong Kong. These last few months I have received the best news a missionary could hear. One of the girls I taught and baptized is going on a mission! She has been called to the Salt Lake City Temple Mission and reports to the MTC in August. I am sooooo happy and excited for her! She also told me that her two oldest girls and husband have been baptized! The Hong Kong Temple.

A Single Girl's DIY. Monday, April 9, 2012. A budget craft project. I've been trying to decide how I want to decorate my office so that it is a room conducive to calm and lots of studying. If you've ever seen them, the bulletin boards for sale at Ballard Designs are lovely. However, the price tag is outrageous. The large one is $100! My well ventilated area. Then I started adding the upholstery tacks. I used my staple gun to pull the fabric tight around the back. Thanks Pinterest for this great idea!
