Roo has hand, foot and mouth disease. It was picked up in her settling visits to childcare so she’s missed her first week. Two women making babies, raising children. Newer posts →. Very belated birth story. July 21, 2016. I have been thinking a lot about labour and birth recently, for obvious reasons. I thought it would be good to write down Roo’s birth story before I have another to forget about writing! Beware, this is very long. My wife B was in the early stages of recovery from a traumatic brain injury she sustained when I was 29 weeks. She was working a few hours a day, but required a nap each afternoon to function.
