I feel so fortunate that we live so very close to these wonderful spots. During the spring we took time to hike with the Sisters on P-Days! Spring Adventures with Friends! The SHoe tree is the first stop! Perfect day for a walk to the beach! Dexter's fave spot on the NI with fave friend Chenyse! Glad she brought her Mom and Sis to visit us!

Saturday, July 20, 2013. I have been busy making my own chicken broth. When I see cans of it in the store, it just doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling, but when I process my own, Oh My! It is a beautiful thing! I do lots of chicken dishes throughout the week and boil 3 to 8 pounds of chicken at a time. I season and add veggies also.
