New year, balanced you. It’s that time of year again, to reflect, plan, and start fresh. What are your resolutions? If they include weight-loss or nutritional goals, you’re not alone. According to Nielsen. 37% of Americans resolve to be more fit/healthy and 32% resolve to lose weight. I’ve been there, and I’ve made some seriously lofty promises to myself, only to give up mid-February. This year, I’m taking a page from Caroline Jordan’s book.
