Tuesday, March 04, 2014. 11/2 lbs potatoes boil. Pulse the next 4 together. 1/2 lb. cream cheese. 3 tbsp. butter. Add mashed boiled potatoes. Mix and put in a covered bowl and put in oven @325 for 1 hour. I always add more butter and some paprika before putting into oven. Labels: A change from mashed potatoes.
