Journey To Diana: Get Well Soon
http://journeytodiana.blogspot.com/2009/01/get-well-soon.html
Wednesday, January 07, 2009. Sunday morning I woke up the boys and told them our final family Christmas party was cancelled. I let them know that Don (close older male friend) was in the hospital. Matthew immediately starts to cry and in my mom of the year fashion think that he's upset since he won't be getting the presents he's expecting. He says "I feel so sad for Don, Mommy! I am so proud of my boy! What sweet boys you've got ;o). What sweet boys you've got ;o). What a great kid! And Mia Makes 6.

After tomorrow I can't say I am the mom of 2nd graders. I will be saying my boys are 3rd graders. How does this happen? How does a full school year end in the blink of an eye? I think this year may be my hardest yet in letting go. We have been so fortunate to have awesome teachers for both boys this year. I have been...

Sunday, February 08, 2009. This picture was taken in December to give to Grandma for Christmas. Aren't they cute? My babies at one day old snuggled close together in the bassinet in our hospital room! Can you see why its my favorite picture of them? Even though its a totally different rink.it smelled the same and brought back all the memories that I probably haven't thought of in over 20 years. Tuesday, February 03, 2009. Amelia's Journey: Tummy Time....
http://journey2amelia.blogspot.com/2009/05/tummy-time.html
Friday, May 1, 2009. If you know anything about people. That are wheelchair bound or in bed too long, you know all about the possibilities of skins sores, bed sores, etc. Amelia spends a great deal of time on her bottom or back. The potential for skin breakdown is pretty high. If we keep her skin dry (thank goodness she's potty trained) and rotate her position, we should be able to keep her from getting any sores. She did get one while we were in the hospital, but it is all healed now. Getzinger Family's...

http://journey2amelia.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 28, 2009. CHINESE NEW YEAR 2009. Do you ever put something off for so long and then when you finally get around to it, you feel so guilty for putting it off that you put if off even longer? Well, that's what has happened to me. I put off updating and then I continue to put if off because I don't know where to begin and the vicious cycle continues. So here I am, updating you on Amelia. And regular shoes and she started wearing her Dobbs. Brace again. She hasn't looked back. Examine Amel...

Amelia's Journey: October 2008
http://journey2amelia.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 24, 2008. Button, button, who's got the button? Another trip down and a few more to go. Amelia's casts were changed this week and she got a new set. She wasn't suppose to get the casts completely changed, was only suppose to get a fiberglass overwrap. But between the two of us, we destroyed the old ones. I love Dr. Dobbs. She's so dramatic.she whimpers the entire time he is sawing, but she can still eat a pretzel. Go figure! She kept repeating and pointing. Then came the bottom of her...
