October 27, 2008. I've finally gotten a bit better from the shoulder injuries. I did it without the operation! I completely changed my diet, started taking supplements to compensate for a magnesium deficiency and a lack of certain amino acids. March 22, 2006. I'm still in a lot of pain and need to have some kind of surgery that I can't afford. I'm very sorry I have not been around, nor returned emails for many people. For days now, I have been saying "Baruch ata Adonai elohaynu melech ha'olam dayan ha-emet" which is the blessing you say when you hear bad news. It means "Praised are you, Lord our God, Sovereign of the universe, who is the true judge". I said this because of all of the victims of the tsunami that are all over the news. What awful tragedy!
