Saturday, March 10, 2018. Cajun Pot Roast - Slow Cooker Heaven. Winter seems to have finally come to Southern California. Out came the coats and the slow cookers! Time for some comfort food to eat on a cold winter's night. It's March and I missed Mardi Gras, but that doesn't stop me from craving Cajun flavors.
