Olympic Aspirations: March 2012
http://olympicaspiration.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Wednesday, March 28, 2012. Just a quick update on my training progress. I have much less knee pain now and had an awesome practice today. I took a couple vaults from 4 lefts on a 15' 13.0 pole and then moved back to 6 lefts. From 6 I blew through all the 16' poles including the 205lb (14.6), so I decided to head back to full approach and take a couple jumps on 5m poles. Monday, March 19, 2012. Back in the Groove. Until next time, this is Levi signing out. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Making up My Mind.

Monday, February 20, 2012. Reload for Outdoors Simplot Video. Well, I hope you enjoy the videos and updates! Better things to come this outdoors. Saturday, February 11, 2012. Sunday, February 5, 2012. Good, but not great. I had great warm-ups again, but I decided to start a little low (16'7.5") so I wouldn't get a no height. I ended up clearing that bar on my second attempt, then made 17'1.5" on my second attempt, then cleared 17'7.25" on my third attempt. Finally, a new PR! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Olympic Aspirations: August 2012
http://olympicaspiration.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 25, 2012. The summers are short here in Seattle so I have been taking advantage of the nice weather by hitting the water often. I have been learning to wakeboard with our friends and doing flips off the diving boards as much as I can. I also had the opportunity to try trapeze at the Boeing Picnic that Lois' brother Josh brought us to. It was awesome! Here is a quick video to recap my summer thus far. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Winter training in Utah for a winter race in Texas. What's the single best thing to do when winter training in Utah for a winter race in Texas? Go to Santa Catalina Island, CA! Annie and I when to Catalina for our honeymoon, and it was easy access from our hotel to get up into the amazing trails and dirt roads that crisscross the island. It was a perfect week of winter training (and not a bad honeymoon either). Stopping to enjoy the view atop. One of Catalina's highest points,. The mountains, for the mos...
