It is a good introduction to why he believes that 99% of all wheat grown and manufactured today is not fit for human consumption. Here is my (very loose) recipe. 1 head of cabbage (small, or half if it's anything like the giant monster cabbages that are growing around here lately! 3 or 4 grated carrots (and someone to grate them for you if your lucky). 1-2 Tbs grated fresh ginger. 2 cloves of garlic, sliced and diced. A pinch of cayenne pepper (more if you like HOT). 4-5 Tbs whey (mine comes from raw kefir cream cheese). 1 Tbs sea salt. Radishes go nicely in this too). Posted by Christine Vandor. Serve ...

Sunday, January 1, 2012. I use Rhonda's recipe at Down to Earth. The photo is actually her laundry liquid, I didn't take a shot of mine before I used up the last batch, but it all looks the same! I tried it without the borax first, because I didn't want to use it, but with my grubby boys it just didn't cut it. So I made it with, and I am very happy with it.We don't use the grey water for anything else, so I don't feel guilty :). 189; cup washing soda (the powder not the crystals). 189; cup borax.

Friday, August 17, 2007. Fitness and Baby - but not together! I think it is beyond time we updated this thing! He's working his tail off, and I couldn't be prouder. =). Tuesday, May 22, 2007. We now have a dog. The one J made fun of so much on a previous post, actually. Funny story - he loves the sweet little thing! She's a 2 year old Chihuahua, weighs only 6 lbs, is potty trained and kennel trained, loves the kiddos, and doesn't make a sound. Ever. Life is good! This kid cracks me up - who knew such a silly little boy could capture my heart just by opening his mouth . literally! Just hanging out - making his birthday list out of the Toys R Us catalog!

Sunday, December 21, 2008. What an awesome lazy day we had today! It was too cold to go anywhere, and we've been so busy lately, so we just bundled up and hung out all day today. We played games and did puzzles this morning, made pizza for lunch, and watched the Chiefs lose. We seriously finally gave the kids baths at 5pm and put them in new pajamas, as they were still in their jammies from last night! Don't worry, we don't make a habit of this, but it was just that kind of day. NASTY little dog .
