Monday, November 29, 2010. A few days late. This year we started a new Thanksgiving tradition."The Tree of Thanks". I've seen others do it as garland as well but I chose the tree, and the kids really. Yes, that does say that Graycen said "modesty".That was the first thing he said, with out a pause, when I asked him what he was thankful for. He's our spiritual one ;) ). In other thankful news. Monday, February 14, 2011. Has it seriously been 4 months already? Well Calvin continues to grow like a weed. He is starting to outgrow 6 month clothes and size 2 diapers will be on their way out soon! He is recognizing us more now, especially Tim. He just stares at him and watches his every move. Emmi makes sure he is ALWAYS taken care of, Coming to his rescue at every hint of a peep he makes. She has him soooo spoiled. Helpful for me unless she's not here. He's well loved! I am definitely in love!

Friday, May 6, 2011. Now that it's Spring there are a plethora of bugs/insects out and about to observe. This morning, Emmi, Graycen and I talked about how ants are such hard workers and we observed a particular ant roaming around our yard. Awhile later I was cleaning out our van, and overheard this. What did you do to our ant? Emmi: "I smooshed him. He was just to big and he didn't have any friends.". Graycen: "Em, that is so mean.". Graycen: "Because Mommy said ants are hard work for God to make.".

It was pretty cool to see, however the baby doesn't look like much right now.just a little peanut!
