Wednesday, February 15, 2012. 新山人說，要過了正月廿一農曆新年才正式結束。不為什麼，就因為一年一度的柔佛古廟眾神出遊。這可是每年的重頭戲，它是新山的文化，新山人的精神。而今年古廟游神正式成為文化遺產，這項盛事可說是更加值得期待。很開心的，今年我人在新山，順利到現場去和大家一起感受。如果你還沒有參與過，新山人歡迎你來！！ 這就是行宮，以前我們叫“神廠”。 原來在古廟的五尊大老爺到這裡來準備出遊。而在場也搭起五幫戲台，上演一出出的好戲。 五幫 - 潮州，客家，福建，廣東，海南. 雖然我聽不懂，但還是覺得很棒。畢竟這是漸漸走入歷史的傳統文化，如果沒有傳承，以後就看不到了。 除了各會館戲台的表演，當晚還有舞龍舞獅的熱身表演，也吊吊大家的癮，讓大家更加期待隔天的表演。 現場真的是人山人海，大家都來湊熱鬧。也有不少很專業的攝影師在拍照。 照片中的就是當晚點睛儀式的其中一條龍 - 泡泡水龍王， 它身長25節。 今年是龍年，所以舞龍也是大家所期待的。各式各樣的龍，真的很佩服製作人的創意及用心。 現場還有煙火，我的最愛！！ Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Saturday, December 10, 2011. Lovely Saturday morning. I followed my auntie to work and had breakfast near her working place. I am sure a lot of you knew Siang Chiang for its toasted bread. Frankly, I knew but never tasted before. So, I shall not miss this. Sorry for the poor photo quality. I don't have my camera with me so can only depending on my handphone but unfortunately I forgot to set it to get the best quality. T.T. Very local breakfast - Nasi Lemak. Deng My target on that day. You can order your meal yourself using this. Very good idea. So you do not have to wave until the waitress come. Green plate @ RM1.99. Pink plate @ RM3.99. Oppsss. Time to do something to my hair. Monday, July 1, 2013. Time flies. My 4 years life in UPM has ended. To bid farewell, we chosen Sekeping Serendah as our first and last trip. The place is far more better than I expected. Highly recommend this if you need a place for relaxing gathering. Swimming pool middle of jungle. Jump into the cool water is really refreshing. This is what Sekeping Serendah famous of, the glass house. As you can see, it is glass instead of cement wall. Cool. It accommodates 4-6 pax that's why we couldn't rent this.
