Thursday, January 26, 2012. We have had an unusual winter.no rain since October and lots of very warm days. Today it was 72 degrees! It was hard to believe that my yard had blossoms well into winter. The farmers here needed to water their crops and orchards. The irrigation districts decided to distribute winter water for only the third time in the last decade.
