Aspen Health and Wellness. Friday, February 27, 2009. Alright I have had a really good question about the mixing ratio of the hCG. The hCG is measured by "International Unit". Injection: it 125 Int. Unit. Sublingual: 625 Int. Unit 2 times a day. The sublingual dosage is so much higher because the body does not absorb the hCG as well this way. While we were talking I heard her call Kinsley "Lou" I was totally surprised because that is what we call Kenya.
