Sunday, April 28, 2013. There is a live show coming up at the end of May. Live shows are probably the best motivation for me to finish horses. There's just something about the excitement of it that pushes me to work harder and do more. The real job has been hectic lately, but I've been putting in really late nights for the models to get things done. It leaves me pretty tired, but very satisfied! Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Lots of horses are getting painted and preparing to get out the studio door over here! I haven't had time to crop or edit (to correct color when necessary) any of their photos yet, but I have these guys pictured below photographed and uploaded to my computer. I have a Victrix in there as well, though she was a day late to join these for their group photo shoot. Probably a good thing as my background was barely big enough for these five! And then five-six MORE horses after that!

Sunday, January 8, 2012. So I forgot to take a picture of the quilt getting sandwiched, but at least I can tell you what I used. See that spray can below? Good stuff. I'll lay out my top piece on a large flat area and then carefully put my batting on top of it. I'll peel back sections and spray this stuff before meshing back together. Saturday, March 31, 2012. Out with the Old. I'm so happy to say that I've finished off the oldest horse in studio! The resin is Brigitte Eberl's Lorenz and he's been painted a medium to light dappled gray. This guy is jam packed with hairing detail that doesn't show in the photos. He's off to his owner Monday. So much remodeling to do, fences to build, unpacking, setting up the studio and casting room again, plus getting my personal part of the house in order was a daunting task. Dealing with that and the leg injury was the real challenge. It created a lot of problems for sure. Monday, December 7, 2009. Cerridwen Still Making Progress. The last few days I have just about finished blocking in a cutting down Cerridwen's muscles. I am dying to start adding details of course but I'm not there yet. Still some tweaking but I am so happy with her so far. Here's one a little more level. And some more of Cerridwen. Thursday, 6 November 2014. This is my most recently completed set for Erika. She asked for something versatile with a few options for her to do a few things so I have include a extra saddle pad and a full stud girth. This should allow her to do Hunting, Show Jumping and Cross country if she wanted to. Hopefully she will like it. Tuesday, 19 May 2015. So, this Sunday I attended Sussex Showdown in Sussex (Obviously, lol). It was a performance and OF Halter show held by Liz Hibberd. For me, this was a 50 minute drive off the ferry which wasn't to bad, the plus side was that because it was so early in the morning the motorways were empty.handy when your so good at fluffing up which lane your supposed to be in! I can't thank her enough for snapping some of my ponies and allowing me to share her photo's, mine are all taken in a rush :).

Friday, 30 January 2015. So, after failing to sleep the other night and laying in bed with my ipad looking on ebay I may have incurred some finger slippage! Ebay is fatal and I normal try to avoid it. On this occasion I came across a little laying donkey who is the same make as my other customised one, Country artists.
