Nothing terribly exciting going on here. Here is the workout from last night:. Insights into the world of Doug. Well it is official I signed up for a marathon. I am running the Hambletonian Marathon. Again I am very excited. I am starting to put the base mileage back on. Last week I was able to get 61 miles in the books. Most of the miles were done on the treadmill.
