A story of one mans struggle against his inner nature. In the beginning there was the intention…. And the intention was good and the intention is good. I am 35 years old. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning, but I am expecting a weight of around 120 kg. I am around 175cm tall (5’7″ or 5’9″ something like that) and in the last month I have found myself in 40″ waist trousers. I last exercised about a month ago. I last exercised regularly over a year ago. I struggle to do 10 press ups. Doing at least 2 out...

A story of one mans struggle against his inner nature. So Some Good News! I got on the scale this morning, and I weighed 109.7Kg. Which means I am only around 30kg over weight. actually that is still pretty bad. but it is better than 120kg which is where I thought I was. Also my car would not start. so that means i have effectively burned my bridges and HAVE to cycle. good stuff. Salad is made for perhaps the next few days. just got to get my saddle bag packed and I am laughing. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
