The only way our dad would let us get on Facebook was if we used it for something good. So after thinking about it for awhile, we came up with our 5x5 Facebook Challenge. Here's how it works. We've each made a $5 donation (and for us that's almost a whiole weeks allowance), and then we challenged 5 of our Facebook. Friends to do the same thing - donate $5 and ask 5 of their Facebook friends to match it, and on, and on, and on. We've also set up a special 5x5 Facebook Challenge Fan Page.

2009 CENTURY CIRCLE MEMBERS . Dad . R Deininger . Mom . R and M Rubin . Grandma and Grandpa Wood. On July 13th, 2008 after riding her bike for 7 hours, Kate became the youngest rider ever to ride 100 miles in the American Cancer Society Bike-a-thon. This year Noelle's goal is to complete the Century Loop. To make her quest even more special, we want to raise more money than ever before and be in the Top 100 fundraisers. Century Circle donors will receive special recognition on our web site, too.

Yes, walking and riding in the events is fun, but the reason we do what we do is to raise money to help fight prematurity and to help fight cancer. Each year we knock on doors, mail hundreds of letters, and send thousands of e-mails to past and hopeful sponsors. Since we've started, we've collected more than $34,000 for. The two charities. This year, with your help, we hope to raise a lot more. They give so much money, that we've been the top youth fundraisers. Fundraising Totals by Year.

That's why on Sunday, July 12, 2009, we'll be riding our bikes in the American Cancer Society. Bike-a-thon, to raise money in the fight against cancer. Our goals are to each ride 100.
