簡単に言うと、 協同で出資 協同の経営で働くこと ですが、実際はこれだけではなくもっと強い 思い も込められています。 世界各国では、この 協同労働の協同組合 は市民に認知された形で活動をしていますが、日本の場合、適切な 法人格 がないため、NPO法人や企業組合法人などの法人格を使い、 協同労働 の精神のもと、活動しています。 本来的な意味から、 協同労働 の理念にあった 協同組合 制度になるよう、法人格の整備が必要です。 今、 労働 の環境が多様化し、厳しい条件での 労働 も増えてきています。 この 協同労働 が若年雇用の問題やワーキングプア対策としての注目を集めておりますが、単に雇用の場の確保というレベルではなく、労働の環境を強く意識し、自分たち自身がその解決に取り組む姿勢が 協同労働 のベースにあります。 協同 で出資し、 協同 で経営し、 協同 で働く、という 形態 としての意味。 お客様や地域の人たちなど、かかわる人たちと広く 協同 の関係をもって仕事を進めていくという、 公益 的な意味。 また、同じ志を持つ他の協同労働の協同組合と 協同 していくという 横の連携 連帯 的な意味。
