The AWHOA'S Architectural Review Board has researched mailboxes to replace those that are crumbling, or are beyond repair. Two local companies have been identified which carry the appropriate mailbox. They are: Mailboxes by Design (625-1409)- - Cincinnati Mailbox (891-5631). Post Style 1 and mailbox style 1. Trustees present included Ray Fern, Mike Mullen, Carolyn Ferris, Bill Plagge and Rob Hall; absent: Tony Pagano and John Heltman. Debbie Habig and Margarita Schrenker were also in attendance. Debbie Habig gave the financial report for the month ending July 31, 2009. Ray Fern made motion to accept as read, seconded by Bill Plagge, and carried.
