Yesterday the Curriculum Review Proposal was released detailing which programs the university is looking at cutting based on nine different criteria established by the administration. Those include the number of degrees granted, enrollment in the major and scholarship productivity. Sunday, March 7, 2010. Department of Unity and ASUN Primaries 2010. Last week, the Senate established the Department of Unity that will take on diversity initiatives on campus. This department will be similar to the current Vice President's Unity Commission. The Vice President's duties have been modified to being a liaison to ASUN Senate, ASUN funded publications, and will aid the ASUN President with the budget. Thursday, March 26, 2009. Here's an update from yesterday's senate meeting. Jason Entsminger, Director of Clubs and Orgs, provided a presentation on OrgSync. Orsync will be the new Club portal. It has a similar set up as Facebook and is more user friendly than the current club portal. If passed, the expressed resolution would encourage the administration to spare the College of Agriculture Biotechnology and Natural Resources as well as the Department of Foreign Languages.
